We get asked all the time for low/no alcohol wine, and to be honest, most of them just don't make the cut - but this is a real gem. A fantastic 0% Abv Spanish pink fizz with fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. The taste is of vibrant red berry fruit which is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish - Cin Cin!
A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain, which are macerated, and then undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank, until reaching 4-5 bar. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method, allowing the wine to retain aromas and structure.
