When making a purchase from Lekker Wines, you acknowledge that you do so under these terms and conditions. We deal with all enquiries, confidentially and as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge your enquiry within 24 hours. We will always attempt to resolve most issues immediately, where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.
Age Restriction:
You must be 18 or over to place an order with Lekker Wines Limited. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Product information:
We aim to keep all our product information as up to date as possible. Discrepancies can occur as wine is an agricultural product with vintage changes occurring regularly.
Please always read the product details for the actual vintage and other relevant information before purchase as bottle images may not always show the actual vintage available.
Vintage or wine substitutions may sometimes be necessary if we are sold out of certain wines. We will always try and meet your order as placed. In certain situations we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or suggestion if the order cannot be fulfilled as placed.
Prices and Payment:
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per product or per case, as marked. Prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional.

UK DELIVERY PRICES
FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OF £150.00 OR MORE!
£7.95 for orders of less than £150.00
£4.95 for single bottle orders
The above shipping prices include all UK postcodes including Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc, but we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
is available to addresses within Settle and the surrounding area including Kirkby Lonsdale and Skipton. A minimum order of 6 bottles is required. To see if you qualify for this delivery offer, please enter your postcode into the shipping address field.
COLLECT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Austwick, LA2 8BQ free of charge 7 days a week. We'll contact you as soon as your order is ready (normally same day)
DELIVERY TIMES
We use a next working day delivery service
Our cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 12pm. If you order by 12pm there is a good chance you will receive you order next working day, however deliveries can sometimes take longer for remote postcodes.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact info@lekkerwines.co.uk and we'll look into the matter for you.
We are not able to specify an exact date or time of delivery.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery with a delivery window and options.
Note: It is advisable to use a mobile number when placing your order, to help the delivery process
If you are not going to be in, you'll have the option to
- Specify a different date for delivery
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour
- Leave the parcel for collection at your nearest post office
If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left reminding you of your options. Our couriers will attempt at most 3 deliveries after which the parcel will be returned to Lekker Wines and further delivery charges may apply to resend your order.
Our website allows you to leave delivery instructions where you can specify a safe place for the courier to leave the parcel. Whilst we will pass these delivery instructions on to the courier, it is at their discretion whether to follow these instructions and any instructions you leave are at you own risk.
CANCELLATIONS / COLLECTIONS / RETURNS
In the event that any of the products in your order are incorrect, missing or damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@lekkerwines.co.uk
We want to make sure you are as happy as can be with our products and service. Wine can very occasionally be faulty so please tell us immediately and we will assist you with any issue you may experience.
We always aim to reimburse you within 7 days from the date you have notified us of any issue. However, we may need the goods collected by our courier, returned to us and inspected.
If you change your mind, and wish to cancel your order after it arrives, you may do so within 30 days from receiving the wine, provided the bottles are unopened, intact and in their original packaging (which must still be in its original condition). You will be responsible for costs of delivering the products back to us, and we recommend that you send them back to us in the original pulpsafe packaging to minimise the chance of breakages.
