When making a purchase from Lekker Wines, you acknowledge that you do so under these terms and conditions. We deal with all enquiries, confidentially and as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge your enquiry within 24 hours. We will always attempt to resolve most issues immediately, where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.
You must be 18 or over to place an order with Lekker Wines Limited. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We aim to keep all our product information as up to date as possible. Discrepancies can occur as wine is an agricultural product with vintage changes occurring regularly.
Please always read the product details for the actual vintage and other relevant information before purchase as bottle images may not always show the actual vintage available.
Vintage or wine substitutions may sometimes be necessary if we are sold out of certain wines. We will always try and meet your order as placed. In certain situations we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or suggestion if the order cannot be fulfilled as placed.
Prices and Payment:
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per product or per case, as marked. Prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional.

FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OF £150.00 OR MORE! (Includes all of Scotland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland)
UK delivery is charged at £7.95 for orders of less than £150.00
Nationwide single bottle delivery is £5.95 with Royal Mail Second Class

FREE LOCAL Delivery is available to addresses within Settle and the surrounding area including Kirkby Lonsdale and Skipton. A minimum order of 6 bottles is required. To see if you qualify for this delivery offer, please enter your postcode into the shipping address field.
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Austwick, (LA2) free of charge 7 days a week by prior arrangement only.
We will always attempt to deliver by the next day if your order is received before 11 am on a Monday to Thursday, however deliveries can sometimes take up to 5 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed later on a Thursday or on a Friday will only be delivered the following week.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact email@example.com for more information. You can also log into your customer account to see the status of your order.
We are not able to specify an exact day or time of delivery, but our courier will contact with a delivery window to aid a successful delivery. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, then a card will be left and our couriers will attempt 2 further deliveries to deliver your order. If these further attempts are unsuccessful, another card will be left and your order will be held at a local depot for a further 7 working days. If you do not collect your order within this time then the parcel will be returned to Lekker Wines and further delivery charges may apply to resend your order.
The use of a safe place or delivery to a neighbour, is at your own risk. Details specifying your safe place or delivery information can be left in the comments section of your order or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements.
Delivery can only be made to UK addresses with a postcode. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
CANCELLATIONS / COLLECTIONS / RETURNS
In the event that any of the products in your order are incorrect, missing or damaged, please let us know immediately: mailto:email@example.com
We want to make sure you are as happy as can be with our products and service. Wine can very occasionally be faulty so please tell us immediately and we will assist you with any issue you may experience.
We always aim to reimburse you within 14 days from the date you have notified us of any issue. However, we do need the goods collected by our courier, returned to us and inspected.
You may wish to cancel your order for whatever reason after it arrives. In which case you may do so within 7 working days from receiving the wine, provided the bottles are unopened, intact and in their original packaging (which must still be in its original condition). Once the goods are collected and inspected, we will reimburse you for the cost of the wine minus a surcharge of £15 for collection (from mainland UK addresses, none mainland addresses will incur higher rate surcharges). If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 14 days of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
