Kaapzicht Chenin Blanc is a bright, approachable expression from the family's Stellenbosch vineyards, hand-harvested and gently pressed before an overnight settle in stainless steel. Fermented with specially selected yeast strains to showcase true varietal character, the wine rests on its fine lees until bottling to build texture before being stabilised and filtered. The result is a juicy, lightly textured Chenin Blanc of ripe quince, pineapple and stone fruit, with interesting savoury undertones and a hint of sweetness balanced by crunchy acidity, finishing crisp and refreshing. The grapes are hand-harvested, crushed, de-stemmed and gently pressed, with the juice settled overnight in stainless steel before racking and fermentation with selected yeast strains. After fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees until bottling, when it is stabilised and filtered. It is vegan and vegetarian-friendly.
