Vergelegen Florence Rosé has aromas of fresh strawberries on the nose and palate with a racy acidity and pale rose gold colour.
Harvested from low yielding Stellenbosch vineyards. Grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to limit colour and phenolic extraction. The grapes were very carefully pressed until a recovery of circa 500 l / ton.
