Traditional method sparkling wine from Burgundy. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay. Hand-harvested grapes, gentle pressing, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle and 12+ months lees ageing for complexity. The base wines of this Crémant de Bourgogne are mainly from Beaujolais, Côte Chalonnaise and Epineuil.
