Gorgeous Sparkling (Pinot Noir - Chardonnay) Cap Classique has alluring floral undertones. It is an exquisite sparkling rose which delights with a palate of raspberry cream, juicy strawberries and nuances of spiced peach and delicate cherry blossom. It provides a gorgeous balance between exuberance of fruit and acidity with a delightful twist of superb lusciousness
Produced from vineyards throughout the cooler Western Cape regions.
Harvest commenced in January with the varietals being handpicked. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinotage were pressed separately, with fractional recovery on the whole bunches that ensures the cuvee juice is kept separate from the press fractions.
