Beyerskloof Faith is the estate’s flagship wine, a meticulously crafted red blend that represents the zenith of their winemaking expertise. A harmonious combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinotage, it offers complex aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis, and plums, interwoven with savoury notes of cedar, tobacco, and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish, making it a wine of exceptional depth and balance. Faith pairs beautifully with refined meat dishes and richly flavoured cuisine, embodying the essence of Beyerskloof's passion and precision.
Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness. Made in open fermenters on the skins for 5-8 days at an average temp. of 27°C. Punching of the cap
was done every 2 hours to extract good colour and flavours from the grapes. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine aged in 100% new French oak for 22 months. The Faith blend is a barrel selection of the best wines from the 2021 vintage in the Beyerskloof cellar.
