Villiera Jasmine Fragrant White is an easy-drinking, beautifully aromatic blend inspired by the jasmine flower. Delicately floral with hints of spice, this lighter style white has a touch of natural sweetness balanced by fresh acidity. It's an expressive and versatile wine — perfect for relaxed sipping but with enough complexity to pair with food, especially fragrant or spicy dishes.
Muscat, Riesling and Gewurztraminer were picked slightly earlier than usual to retain freshness and ensure a lighter style. Healthy fruit was handpicked and delivered in the morning while cool.
The grapes were crushed and destalked before 6 hours of skin contact. Gentle pressing followed and the juice was settled overnight. Cold fermentation ensured the retention of fruit and after blending and stabilization the wine was bottled.
