Roland Sounit Rully feels like sunshine in a glass: Chardonnay from sunlit clay-limestone slopes in the Côte Chalonnaise, fermented and aged with care in oak to preserve its finesse. The nose greets you with citrus blossom, lily of the valley and soft wood tones, while the palate strikes a lovely balance of freshness and depth. There’s a crisp acidity, a subtle minerality and a gently rounded texture thanks to regular stirring of the lees. It finishes with elegance — long, poised and delicately toasty — making it perfect to enjoy now, or give a few more years to open up
This Rully is made from 100% Chardonnay, grown on clay-limestone soils in Côte Chalonnaise. The grapes are mechanically harvested, pressed gently, then fermented in oak barrels (about 20% new) and aged for 8–12 months with regular lees stirring.
