Tasting notes: Vibrant ruby red in colour, this expressive wine is reminiscent of smokey forest floor, with red berries and cured charcuterie meats. Fine tannins give gentle structure that balances with the bright acidity leading into baking spices on the finish.
Made from a selection of Pinot Noir wines that are chosen for the intensity of aromas and freshness. This blend is then gently de-alcoholised through a vacuum distillation process with temperatures never going above 35 degrees to ensure the quality and aromas of the wine are preserved.
