Guerrieri Rizzardi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 3 Cru is made from quality fruit and the classical style wine-making has resulted in a full-flavoured and very smooth 3CRU Amarone. Already this is looking very good and can be enjoyed now but will evolve nicely in the next few years
Hand harvested with a strict selection of the more mature and loosely packed bunches of grapes
Natural drying process with no temperature of humidity technology. Dried in small crates in the old drying rooms of Pojega, for a period of 3-5 months
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel of the de-stemmed grapes for around one month at 25°C – 30°C followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
