Emiliana’s Novas Gran Reserva Carménère is a benchmark example of Chile’s signature red grape, crafted with care from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards in the Colchagua Valley. The long, warm days and cool nights of this region allow the variety to fully ripen, bringing out lush flavours of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, complemented by notes of black pepper, cocoa, and soft herbs. Ageing in French oak barrels adds finesse, gentle spice, and depth without overshadowing the fruit. With its velvety texture and lingering finish, this wine captures both the richness of Carménère and Emiliana’s commitment to sustainable, terroir-driven winemaking.
Voted by Wines of Chile as "Winery of the Year '16", Emiliana is one of Chile's most exciting producers and pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since '98, this Chilean winery has been producing award-winning wines from almost 1,000 hectares of vineyards in prime sites including Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua and Bio Bio.Its spectacular biodynamic vineyard and winery at Los Robles is a model that attracts visiting viticulturalists and winemakers from across the world. Emiliana's innovative and natural-leaning wines are made with great care and attention and the results are inspiring.
