Monte Zovo Amarone della Valpolicella has notes of ripe fruits and cherries. Rich and round with spice notes and well integrated tannins
Average age of the vines is 12 years. The harvest takes place during the second week of September. Grapes are dried for a few months over winter and then de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes about 20 days and ageing 24 months in oak barriques. The wine is then blended and remains in wood vessels for a further 6 months. It is then bottled and is bottle aged for 12 months before release.
