Ro'si Pinot Nero Rosato is a stunning Rose made from Pinot Noir. It hails from Puglia in Italy, the land of heavy Primitivos, and is a wine of surprising delicacy. It has a beautiful pale pink colour which looks great in these unique bottles. There are fresh and inviting aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, then rose and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is elegant, soft, juicy and fresh, with a persistent and clean finish. Absolutely delicious, and a great alternative to a rose from Provence.
Soft pressing and fermentation at very low temperature in
controlled environment with a short contact on the skins,
then maturation in steel on the yeasts.
