A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinotage, this rosé delivers notes of ripe strawberry, cherry blossom and hints of Turkish delight. Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Satin Nectar Rosé is a demi-sec Cap Classique crafted using the traditional method. It spends approximately 12–15 months on the lees, developing fine bubbles and a soft, creamy texture. The wine has around 39 g/L of residual sugar and an alcohol content of about 11.5%.
