Les Chiens Catalans Rouge is a delightfully fruity red from the Catalunya Nord, otherwise know as the Roussillon. Made from Carignan and Grenache Noir it has a deep red colour, and aromas of cherry, herbs and a hint of smoke. Full and intense with bright, fresh fruit flavours and subtle tannins. Great value, and just goes to show the French can have a sense of humour when it comes to wine!
A traditional red wine fermentation in stainless steel without carbonic maceration.
