Named after the estate founder’s daughter, Élisabeth is a standout Viognier from the Languedoc’s rolling vineyards. It bursts with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, orange blossom, and a touch of spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, with vibrant fruit, a creamy mouthfeel from brief lees ageing, and a refreshing lift on the finish. A richly expressive white that showcases Viognier’s full charm, perfect as an aperitif or paired with flavourful dishes.
The Domaine is anchored in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon region, in the small village of Servian between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas.
Night-harvested for freshness. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and aromatics.
