Domaine de la Baume Capucine Vin Orange offers aromatic freshness and precise, balanced flavours. Good length and sweetness, followed by a hint of bitterness that stimulates the taste buds.
The Domaine is anchored in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon region, in the small village of Servian between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas.
The bunches of white grapes are vatted and de-stemmed in a temperature-controlled vat. This is followed by a slow, delicate process of aromatic extraction, favoured by contact between the skins and the grape juice. The wine is naturally low in sulphur, and develops a gentle bitterness on the palate.
